Q: Is there an additional charge if I open an account?
A: For each booking there will be an administrative charge of £5.
Q: How do I pay if I open an account?
A: You will receive your Invoice on or around the 15' of the month, you then have 30 day’s to pay by either BACS, Cheque or Credit Card.
Q: How do I know what time I need a vehicle for when travelling to an airport?
A: Advise the operator what time you wish to be at the ‘airport and the operator will advise what time you should need the vehicle for.
Q: How do I know what type of vehicle I will require?
A: Advise the operator on how many passenger’s will be travelling and the operator will advise on the size of vehicle you will require.
Q: Will I get charged if I change/cancel a booking?
A: If a cancelled booking is made with 24 hours notice their will not be any charge, any cancellation under 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate, unless authorised by the Office Manager for exceptional reason.
Q: What do I do about child/booster seats?
A: Child/booster seats are to be supplied by the passenger and returned to the passenger on the return trip. If however there is not to be a return trip, the company can either deliver them over a 7 day period to a local address or supply one of the company’s limited stock.
Q: Do I have to pay for car park charges?
A: There is an extra £5 charge when booking, which includes up to 1 hours waiting charge after the flight has landed and the car park charge, except for Luton airport, which has an extra £7.50 charge.
Q: What do I do ifI have a complaint?
A: All complaints can be made to the office staff, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year. All complaints are investigated and relayed back to the passenger by the Office Manager.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: We accept all major credit cards, this will incure a £5 administrative charge, Receipts can be sent by post or e-mail.
Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
A: We have a £15 minimum charge, this allows us time to ensure that our vehicles are kept in pristine condition.
